I was struggling to work out what my next career steps should be and hoping that Kim could help me to get some clarity to move forward.  She definitely did. I really wasn’t certain what to expect as I have never looked at coaching. Over a few sessions Kim helped me to get clarity of vision and work towards a plan of action to make this happen.  She has a relaxed manner that made discussion free and easy. No pressure but enough of a push in the right direction.
